- All Package rentals excludes $200 required refundable deposit as indicated at time of final payment.
- Number of hours reserved is total time on property permitted.
- 50% Deposit due at booking, Final payment due 30 days prior to event.
- 100% refunds for cancellation notice 30 days in advance of event; except for security deposit.
- Rescheduling fee is $200.
- Maximum capacity is 150 guests with limited table setups; Packages based on 150 guests can be reduced to accompany less guests.
- Rental includes access to full space (both levels).
- Additional Information is provided in the contract; contract agreement to be provided at time of booking; Receipt awknowledged at time of booking; Signed copy due at time of final payment.
